Love from a Mac Fan

We got another great letter from a blog reader who saw our last blog about our online Mac/Apple store. And, of course, we thought we would share it with you.

“Thanks for the heads up about your Mac store. I was checking out your blog yesterday and saw that you carried Apple products. I was a little skeptical about what type of deals a hard drive and storage retailer would have on Macs, but decided to check out your site. I was very pleasantly surprised to see what great selection of Mac products you carried. And your prices were great too. I ordered the new eMac G4 with SuperDrive and can’t wait for it to arrive. Thanks for the great price – I’ll definitely shop Computer Giants again.”

Thanks for the feedback! Computer Giants is more than an online media storage and hard drive retailer and we are always excited when we hear from new customers. We love Macs and PCs and do our best to provide the best prices and selection on ALL computer parts and computer accessories. Thanks again for your support!

Tape Formats vs. the Sony AIT-2 Turbo

Since we highlighted our Sony AIT-2 Turbo “Why Wait Rebate” on our blog a few days ago, we thought we would follow-up with a great email we received from a customer who just purchased the AIT-2 Turbo media storage product.

“Thanks guys for the heads up on the Sony AIT rebate. I had been planning on buying another tape drive (the DAT 72) when I came across your rebate offer. I had always thought the AIT-2 Turbo was a great media storage system, but it was a bit out of my price range. Thanks to your rebate, I got a great product at nearly the same price as I was planning to spend on a tape drive.”

We’re so glad that our “Why Wait Rebate” is getting so much play. If you want to know more about the ATI-2 Turbo product and our current specials, visit our online media storage and hard drive store for all the details.

Why Wait for a great Media Storage Option

Computer Giants recently announced that it has partnered with Sony Electronics to provide a “Why Wait Rebate” to our customers purchasing a Sony ATI-2 Turbo media storage product. The Sony AIT-2 Turbo is a great alternative to standard tape formats and is available now, unlike DAT 160 and DAT 72 products.

The AIT-2 Turbo offers higher capacity and superior performance to standard tape formats and can fit current and future storage needs with up to 80 GB native capacity per drive at a backup speed of up to 12 MB/s. The product also offers multiple interfaces with industry leading reliability. So Why Wait for a tape format product that will most likely take multiple tapes to complete a single back up when Sony’s AIT-2 Turbo is better equipped, available now and is effectively the same price when purchased through Computer Giants? We don’t know why you’d wait either.
